What is the Jewelry Made Of?

Each piece has my handcrafted lampwork glass bead or cabochon in its design.  I then use sterling silver (.925) and small bits of fine silver in my settings.  

Jewelry Care

While I have handcrafted these pieces to last, there will be some wear on jewelry over time.  I would not recommend you wear your jewelry while you are cleaning dishes, swimming, cleaning with chemicals, sporting activities, etc., as well as avoid putting perfume, hairspray, bug spray, and sunscreen on it. Store in an airtight plastic bag or the box it comes in when you are not wearing it as this can help preserve it and reduce the tarnish time.  Do not use chemicals to clean your jewelry – use a silver polishing cloth to clean it up.I will not replace pieces that have been damaged through your improper use care, or neglect. However, if you feel that due to my design, it becomes damaged, please email me immediately atcindygentrydesigns@gmail.com.  I do my best to make sure the unique pieces that are sent to you will last.  

Shipping

When filling out the checkout form, please make sure that your address is correct. I want to make sure that you get the beautiful piece that you ordered.  I will ship your products 3 days or less after you place your orders.  If I am not able to in this time frame, I will reach out to you and let you know. Please allow a little more time during the holidays. Please note, however, that I have no control over postal mishaps. However, I will do whatever I can to help you track it down! Every order will be shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified. 

Custom Orders

All my jewelry is one of a kind – there will never be two of the same! However, if you see something in the past creations that you like, reach out to me and I will try to make something close.  I can do custom orders, but there will be a 30% deposit before I start your design. The deposit amount will go towards the final purchase. on this.  Please email me using theGet In Touchpage with what your thoughts are and I will get a good understanding of what you are wanting.  Custom orders take a minimum of 6 weeks from design confirmation to the finished piece. and can take longer, depending on the design.

Returns

Please email me at cindygentrydesigns@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your jewelry if for any reason you are unhappy with your item. I will do my best to make it right. Send the jewelry back to me in its original condition and packaging within 7 business days of purchase for a full refund (minus shipping).  There is NO return policy on custom orders or any item that has been purchased and altered upon request. Please note – if you are returning due to the wrong size, I will not take it back.  Read the descriptions carefully, as the size will be noted in there. If you do not know your ring size, please go to a jewelry store and they can measure you for free.
